Shipping policy

Orders placed by 6:00 pm ET, Monday to Friday, ship the same day. Standard shipping is free on US orders of $70 and above.

Shipping in the US

Free shipping: UPS or USPS Ground is free on orders of $70 and above.
Orders under $70: UPS or USPS Ground is a flat $6.95.
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico: shipping is calculated at checkout with live USPS or UPS rates. The free and flat rates above don't apply.
Faster shipping: UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air are available on request.

When your order ships

Standard shipping: orders placed by 6:00 pm ET, Monday to Friday, ship the same day.
Faster shipping: orders with UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air ship the same day when placed by 5:00 pm ET.
Special requests: for UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air or USPS delivery, add a note to your order at checkout.

Temperature-sensitive products

Packing: products that need to stay cold are packed with ice packs in an insulated box.
Shipping days: to avoid long exposure to heat or cold in transit, we don't ship temperature-sensitive products, such as probiotics, on a Thursday or Friday.
April to October: we recommend UPS 2nd Day Air for these products. Next Day Air may be required for Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico and Texas.

International shipping

Rates: USPS and DHL Express rates are calculated at checkout.
Where we ship: we ship to the countries offered at checkout.
Customs: you are responsible for customs duties and import taxes. We aren't responsible for delays or losses caused by customs, and we can't refund shipping for orders that are refused entry.

Damaged, missing or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, is missing an item or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. For a lost package, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Please send photos of the shipping box and the damaged items, and keep the packaging until we've resolved it. We cover the return shipping and send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping. Details are in our Refund policy.

Returns

Return any product, opened or unopened, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is at your cost, unless we made a mistake. See our Refund policy to start a return.
