When will my order ship ?
Orders placed by 6:00 pm ET, Monday to Friday, ship the same day. Shipping is free on orders of $70 and above.
How do you ship products that need to stay cold ?
They’re packed with ice packs in an insulated box to protect potency in transit.
Can I return a product ?
Yes. Return any product within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked.
How do I change or cancel my subscription ?
You can skip a delivery, pause or cancel at any time from your account, or ask us and we’ll do it for you.
Are your products authentic ?
Every product is bought directly from its maker, never from the grey market, and stored and shipped by us.
